Zeiberberg Chocolate Cake - Contributed by: Haus am Zeiberberg, Sinzig, Rheinland Pfalz, Germany
Ingredients: 4 ounces Butter 1 tablespoon Cocoa 4 ounces Sugar 6 ounces Self Raising Flour 2 Eggs 1 tablespoon Coconut 1/4 Cup Milk 1/4 cup chopped Nuts 1/3 cup Sultanas
Directions: Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Add milk slowly. Add cocoa mixed with 2 tablespoons of boiling water. Fold in sifted flour. Mix in coconut, chopped nuts and sultanas. Place mixture in greased block tin or 7 inch sandwich tin. Bake for 40 minutes in a moderate oven. Allow to cool and ice with chocolate icing made with margarine, orange juice and flavoured with a little peppermint essence (flavouring)
