The walk to both attractions leads through the green space of the Champs de Mars or Avenue Breteuil. You'll be in some minutes in Montparnasse, St. Germain des Prés, Jardin de Luxembourg. Several Metro, Bus-stops, Taxi within 2 minutes walk. The apartment is on the second floor in a corner house - that's why it has six windows. You'll have just 5 neighbours and an interesting view on the street. Bakery and Grocery downstairs in your house. The apartment is bordering 7. and 15. Parisian district. The apartment: This 3-Room-apartment has 64 square meters/ 700 sq. foot and has air-conditioning, central heating, bath and toilet are separate, there is a living-room and 2 bedrooms. The living-room has a dining area with a spacious table, four chairs and a comfortable sofa which can be changed easily in a kingsize bed for 2 persons. There's stereo equipment, CD-Player, DVD-Player, LCD-TV with 110 international channels, Air Condition, Fan, Safe and also chest of drawers, bookshelves with many english travel guides, phone. The main bedroom has two main single beds and two more beds to pull out hiddden underneath the main beds with new mattresses, chests of drawers, a spacious wardrobe etc. The walls of the living-room and bedroom are stucco. The second bedroom can be reached by some stairs from inside the apartment and is one floor above.There is a single bed and many storage place in a closet. The fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hotplates, microwave, fridge,sink,many cupboards, coffee-machine, iron and ironing-board. The spacious bathroom is new tilled and has a round shower cabine, the washstand is in marble. Washing machine and hair-dryer you'll find there also. The apartment has six windows and also Bath-room and WC have windows. How to book: Four days is the minimum stay. To rent this apartment please fax the reservation form.We can manage to pick you up on Paris airport, Baby Sitting and guided tours and our staff will meet you in the apartment upon check-in.
