New and cozy apartment in a nice building located at the most popular street of Barcelona at "Las Ramblas", 2 minutes walk from the harbour and the seaside, Liceu Opera, Plaza Catalunya and the main Art Noveau buildings in Barcelona, such as Palau Guell, La Pedrera or Casa Batlló from architect Gaudi. 5 minutes to Cathedral and Gothic area.
The apartment is newly furnished with one king double bed in a private bedroom, a private closet and living room with excellent views to either Ramblas or Plaza Reial. Private kitchen fully equipped to prepare your own meals and breakfast and one new private bathroom.
Each apartment can allocate from 1 to 4 guests (if requested 2 extra beds in the living room). Rates include 7% VAT tax, cleaning, free use of the kitchen and bed linen and towels. |
