You are in walking distance of the most popular sites of Barcelona: Chic Passeig de Gracia with its upscale shopping and restaurants and world famous Gaudi buildings ( Casa Batlló and La Pedrera),the cathedral and gothic district, the Ramblas, the "Palau de la música" concert hall, the Liceo opera house, and Plaza Catalunya, where you can take the "Bus Turistic" and enjoy the main tourist attractions.
The apartment is centrally located in a very safe area in the heart of the eixample district off Gran Via street one block from Plaça Universitat metro station. It´s perfect for "two", but can accommodate up to four guests and it´s in a gorgeous modernist building circa 1915 with the elevator taking you directly to the apartment (opened and locked with key).
The aparment has original high decorated ceilings and original floors You have a double bedroom with a big balcony and a living room area with similar balcony , a comfortable pullout sofabed, Air Conditioning, Heating, big screen flat TV, HIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped and has Oven, microwave , full size fridge, washing machine kettle and coffee machine for that early morning coffee or early morning tea and of course all bedding and towells are included. the bathroom has
Small supermarkets are scattered around the neighborhood for the essentials that you could need to make your stay comfortable.
