Elizabeth Eby This bed and breakfast had the feeling of home, and this is in great part to the hostess and host of the home. They helped us sort through maps, metro guides, and also through various tour guides to give us recommendations. They gave some wonderful suggestions in regards to quaint "local" restaurants to go to (The Four Cats), and whenever we needed something, they offered it to us. They were so nice that I might just go back and visit them! Also, their location is fabulous. submitted 27 Feb 2005 -

Tiziana Gagliardi Ana and Graciela were really kind with me! The breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere was very warm and familiar. The other guests were interesting people, the bathroom is always very, very clean. In the evening, I spent some delicious moments by speaking with Graciela, Ana and Ana's daughters. Thank you, Barcelona! submitted 16 Feb 2005 -

Laura Morarelli Ana is very kind and has a very nice accomodation. I just would like to get salted things for breakfast her breakfast was very good anyway.
I would recommend it also to people who travel with Ryanair as it is very close to the bus stop.

Judith J. Adams I felt like I had come to a friend's home. The owners were lovely and careing. I loved every moment there. Even though they were working on the entry it did not detract from the B&B submitted 14 Feb 2005 -

julie reynolds Ideally situated for the sights of Barcelona, our hosts were particularly helpful and friendly, enabling us to make the most of our stay. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, although there was some traffic noise in the room at the front. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby, also the metro and bus stops, and the area was safe to walk through at night, even with children - a great place to stay! submitted 14 Feb 2005 -

Susan Bradley Ana and Graciella were there to let us in at 10:30 pm, after our train was late arriving. They were gracious and cheerful hosts throughout our stay. The B&B is clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Breakfasttime was the time to pick our hosts' brains about how to get places, where to go, what buses to take, etc. The B&B is in a great location, too! submitted 13 Feb 2005 -

Erin Bassity and Will Villanueva Ana's Guest House was exactly what we were looking for, and we had a wonderful time. We have stayed in hotels in Barcelona in the past, but we will never again stay anywhere other than Ana's. Clean rooms, wonderful and attentive hosts, great light breakfast. Perfect area as well, centrally located for all tourist destinations. Street noise was a bit much for the two rooms facing out, but having such great balconies was worth it. 5 Stars! A true B&B experience. submitted 12 Feb 2005 -

Richard Baskett Ana's Guest house was exactly what my wife & I needed. It was close enough to everywhere to walk, but also very close to metro & bus. The guesthouse was very clean and the balconies on the top floor, although very small were a pleasure watching the world go by at night. Graciella was so helpful and met our every need and question with real enthusiasm. Not flash or swanky, but if you want a true spanish experience and somewhere to sleep, shower and breakfast in this busy city, then it is ideal. Shared areas of guesthouse including breakfast/dining area, kitchen and bathrooms, but the atmosphere was so friendly you wouldn't ever NOT get on with other guests. |
