Tucked away on a quiet street in Oltrarno, Home in Florence is a little gem! Our large room, named in honour of Raphael, was perfect for our needs: beautifully decorated, with a large double bed. Besides that, the most important thing was that it was nice and quiet and had an excellent air conditioning system. The en-suite bathroom had a seperate bath and shower unit and was spotless. Oltrarno is south of the river, and for us this was a blessing. Close enough that everything is still just a short walk away, it is much quieter, and has a more genuinely 'Florentine' feel. This B&B is a real escape from the bustle of Florence; comfortable, great value for money and a truly special place to come home to. We will definitely come back.
