1 cup sweet butter
3/4cup Maui unbleached sugar or white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oats
1 cup macadamia nuts
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs & vanilla and mix well. Sift dry ingredients except oats and add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats, nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons-full onto baking sheet.Bake at 350F to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
