It's a new cottage, very comfortable with one large bedroom, a pretty bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a large front verandah (porch) and back garden sun deck.
The bedroom can hold one double or two single beds, has its own bedding, including sheets & has fitted furniture with plenty of cupboard/ shelf space.
There's high speed wireless internet & cable TV, also with desk space to hold a laptop/PC if you need to do some work whilst away or just keep in touch with home. (Laptop can be rented too).
It is fully furnished throughout with new stove, fridge, microwave, grill oven, kettle, pans, pots & utensils etc. There's a hot water shower, with towels provided too.
It's a great location, set in a friendly local 'mixed' community where foreigners & Jamaicans live together harmoniously. The community keeps some great social rules through the local Neighbourhood Watch like 'no harassing visitors and no loud music late'!
Fenced and gated with timed outdoor lights and car parking on property too. Set at the other end of the 1/4 acre property from the main house you will have plenty of privacy but are welcome to use other areas of the garden if you wish.
Country and pretty, but only five minutes from the sea at West End Road. You can see the sea from parts of the garden and just down the road are lots of amenities, including cliff restaurants, downtown shops & banks, not forgetting Negril's famous 7 mile, beautiful white sand beach.
The garden, which surrounds the cottage, is stunning, even if I say so myself! A recent single female guest described it as "just perfect".
The Judy House is located up Westland Mountain Road, off the West End Road in Negril, Westmoreland.
Turn left after MX111 and before you reach Easy Rock Internet Cafe,5 -10 minutes walk from the West End Road.
