For the adventurous travelers eager to see one of Hawaii's major attractions ~ molten lava ~ then youll be making a smart decision to make your accommodations with us! Were just 1 mile from the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park which makes late night viewing so easy and fun. (Hilo is 30 miles away, and Kona about 100 miles.) Although our property is very private and secluded, were very easy to find ~ behind the Post Office on a private & gated road. There are stores, gas and several nice restaurants within 2 blocks of us. We have four very roomy guest suites, each designed with different needs in mind. The Alpine and Garden Suites have kitchenettes with either two queen beds or two double beds. The Peles suite has a king and a queen bed, and the Heritage has a very comfy king in it. All have private, locking doors, private bathrooms, cable TV, and access to FREE cable hookup and hot Jacuzzi. The best part of all is the breakfast. We start by brewing fresh, hot gourmet coffee at 6:30 am. Papaya boats stuffed with bananas and sprinkled with lemon juice roll in around 8 am. After that youll see either hot eggs, macadamia-nut pancakes, waffles, French Toast and some kind of sausage if you want it, juice, and an assortment of Hawaiian condiments. Its a great way to start your day and our way of saying Mahalo! ~ we hope to see you again soon.
