The Yellow Aster is furnished to create a warm and inviting environment. It is a colonial home built at the turn of the century. We have four rooms that are decorated to lend a sense of calm. Each room is distinct with inviting, comfortable furnishings and a private bath. For breakfast we offer natural and organic foods with whole grain breads and fresh produce. After a day of hiking, biking, picnicking, or sailing, we'll be happy to arrange for a massage by a certified therapist. Located on Mount Desert Island, "the quiet side of the island". It is a place where mountains come down to the sea and the natural wonders of Acadia National Park are just a few steps away. |
