INFORMATION ABOUT BUTLER | |
Butler is an Appalachian mountain town, next to Watauga Lake. It is located in northeastern Tennessee bordering North Carolina and Virginia. The area offers spectacular scenery and a myriad of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, snow skiing, snow boarding, kayaking, rafting and sailing. Other attractions and activities in the area include the Butler Museum, live theater, antique shops and scenic drives, like the famous Blue Ridge Parkway. There are a number of festivals throughout the year, such as the Cranberry Festival, the Blue Grass Festival, the Rodeo, and the Old Butler Days. |
