INFORMATION ABOUT BRISBANE

The State of Queensland is the largest Australian State in size after Western Australia and is on the north eastern coast of Australia. Brisbane is Queensland's capital and is located in the south eastern corner of the State. The sub-tropical climate of Brisbane generally offers visitors mild winter temperatures between 10 - 22 degrees and summer temperatures ranging from 15 - 30 degrees. Experience colonial history and architecture, antiques, restaurants, shopping, live theatre and a great base from which to explore the area's city, bay and hinterland attractions. The beaches of the Gold Coast are just under one hour south of Brisbane.
