1 cup of vanilla or plain yoghurt
3/4 cup of soy milk (we use Soy Nice)
1 1/2 cups of frozen blackberries (we pick our own!!)
or use 6 ice cubes and fresh blackberries
1 1/2 cups of frozen raspberries
1 tbsp of Pure Vanilla extract (do not use artificial vanilla)
2 bananas
1/2 cup pure apple juice or grape juice (add more or less to make it to your preferred thickness)
Place all of the above ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth.
Serve in large clear glass beer or milkshake glasses. Top with sliced or whole strawberry and a few whole blackberries.
Easy and a winner every time!
