Cut one slice of farmer bread (pan de payés)
Toast it from both sides.
Spread one garlic clove all through the toast.
Cut one mature red tomato in two and spread half tomato through one side of the toast.
Add some first pressure Extra virgin olive oil (Aceite Virgen de oliva Extra primera presion) to the toast.
You have your pan con tomate. Now you can add some cheese, or some fuet, botifarra blanca, or botifarra negra, or jamón and start getting addicted to this redipe! |
