Recipe : Smoked Gouda & Spinach Quiche

| Landis Shores Smoked Gouda & Spinach Quiche
4 eggs 1 cup ½ & ½ 8 oz cottage cheese 6oz butter, melted ½ c Flour ½ tsp. Baking Powder ¼ tsp. Salt ½ tsp. Garlic-Pepper Dash of Cayenne Pepper
6 oz Smoked Gouda Cheese, Grated 5 oz (½ package) of Spinach, Thawed & Drained
½ an onion, diced (about 1 cup) Roma Tomato, sliced thinly 1 Tbs. Olive Oil Paprika
Sauté the diced onion in olive oil until soft, set aside.
Put 1st nine ingredients (on left) into a blender. Blend on medium until smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl. Stir in Gouda, Spinach & Sautéed Onion.
Garnish each with sliced Tomato and sprinkle of Paprika.
Pour into buttered individual soufflé dishes (6 or 8 oz). Leave ¼ at top so quiche can rise without overflowing.
Bake at 350 º for 20-30 minutes, until top is browned and center appears firm.
Serves 6 8 people
