Ingredients and doses for 4 persons
1 pollo of 1000 g 100 g of black olives 50 g of butter
2 olive oil spoons
1 red onion 1 Red wine glass Flour
Tomato to pieces or pureèt. Brodo Preparation To cut the onion, to brown with moderated fire, with oil and butter. To add pieces of chicken previously turned into flour, add salt and pepper and to cook it to medium fire.
If necessary to join a little brodo. As soon as browned the chicken, add the Red wine and subsequently to join the tomato. When it is close to being cooked (1 hour approximately), to join the black olives. To cover partially the pan and cook to slow fire until completed .
