| | DESCRIPTION | |
Located in Colegiales, a small, quiet and safe neighbourhood within walking distance of Palermo Hollywood and the Soho district of Buenos Aires, this comfortable guest house is run personally by Claudine, a Belgian who specializes in hospitality management, and her husband Juan, architect and art historian. We speak English, Spanish, French, and we understand Italian. The house was built in 1903, completely renovated in 2001. It preserves its original character and tastefully combines the old and the new. The lovely sun patio, full of plants and flowers, is a privileged place to have breakfast in the open air. However, because of its many staircases, we regret that the house is not suitable for disabled people. Within walking distance: the Flea Market, the New Design area (Palermo). At only 20 minutes by car or subway: the historical centre.(Teatro Colón, Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo, La Boca, Puerto Madero)
